What doesn’t kill you, it makes you stronger… familiar, isn’t it? Quite true though!  "There is only one thin that makes a dream impossible to achieve: the fear of failure." Paulo Coelho Our lives are full of experiences, which some of them might be more pleasant than others. It is easy to acknowledge that successful stories bring you satisfaction and kind words to speak up in front of your audience. However, one day I learnt a master class that I will not ever forget: resilience skills make greater leaders. What a true lesson! As we do have success stories, we do also have downsides, caveats that can burry you deep into negativity and demotivation. I recognize that failure can be sometimes painful, frustrating I would say. As a Social Selling Coach, you face different coaches profiles that get me to think differently, to use different ways to let them see how good the change is going to be for them. I wasn’t even able to fluently speak English by that time… what an embarrassing situation! After my exciting trip to Valencia, I had ahead 7-hour-road trip to come back to Seville, my hometown. Many hours but in more than good accompany with my best friend. Conversations came in and out but finally, I decided to face the biggest challenge of my life so far.
