Hi! Hallo! Hola ! Ciao!

It is always hard to start something but you will never know until you start to do it...That is why I start this new challenge for me: write everyday what I have learnt. One day given, a friend of mine, who I met in Konstanz (Deutschland), told me that It would be interesting to write a blog to see what you are learning from life and, even more specifically according to my studies, to set apart from others. Nevertheless, I am taking this challenge personally in order to improve one of my weaknesses: "writing".

Therefore, my main porpoise of this little literature is to tell you what I have learnt today from my day-a-day and what experiences I had. Thus, I can contribute to share with you my knowledge, experiences and points of views.

I hope you enjoy it !

P.s.: Sorry about my way of writing if it is not good but I am spanish and English is my second language ! I will do my best

Today I am going to talk you very briefly about some key points when treating with young people. Those are very simple but simultaneously quite effective. Although I will go through different aspects, all of these points are focused in a primary need which helps developing effective people: principle-centered character. Therefore, it is important to give positive feedback, to encourage interests, to create a family culture and last but not least giving support, resources and feedback. One day I learnt how big the impact from positive feedback can be. How many times did we give or have got feedback in a negative way? Have you ever thought to give the opposite? Learning from unsuccessful plans

Boungiorno!! How was your week? I hope you got an excellent week and all your goals are getting achieved, when not yet, do not give up! Keep fighting to reach them all! Many things I experienced last days. First of all I could finally present with my whole team our marketing concept which was, against any prognostic, simply awesome. All my team and I did performance very well and we got a very positive point of view from our professor Mr. Schwarz. I just wanted to share with you because behind that project are many hours of working and meetings. The long-term vision almost always has a good profit. Sometimes to reach a goal we must fight for, cope with, work many hours, arguments, decisions, which leads us to walk through a path with hills and downs but nevertheless your vision and your future goal deserve it.
